Neural Rhythms is a trading name of CWK Solutions, owned by Suman Kumar. You can reach us at support@neuralrhythms.io.
What the site offers
You can listen to the music, download tracks free with a credit line, join the Creator Pass to use every song with no credit line, and buy a paid license for any song: its page has the license box, and Mellow Mosaic has its own.
Free use, with a credit line
- Free: YouTube videos and Shorts, Twitch and YouTube streams, podcasts, school and personal projects, and Instagram or TikTok posts from personal and creator accounts, monetized ones included.

The paid license
If you buy a license for a song, the license document that comes with your order is the contract for what you may do with that song. This page covers everything else.
An album license covers every song listed on its license document, each on the same terms as a single-song license. Each song has its own download on your order page.
The download link works for a year, up to 25 downloads. For an album license, that's 25 downloads for each song. If you need more, write to support@neuralrhythms.io.

The Creator Pass
The Creator Pass is a monthly or yearly plan, paid through Dodo Payments, that renews by itself until you cancel. While it is active you may use every song on this site in the videos, streams, podcasts and posts you publish on your own channels and accounts, monetized or not, with no credit line. The Pass license on your member page is the contract for what you may do; ads and brand posts for a business are not part of it.
Content you publish while your Pass is active stays covered after it ends. New content after that follows the free terms above.
Cancel any time with the "Manage or cancel" button on your member page. Your Pass keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. If a payment fails, your albums stay open for a few days while you update your card with the same button.
Each album can be downloaded 5 times a month. The member page link is your key, so keep it to yourself.
How the music is made
The music is made with AI tools (Suno, on a paid plan with commercial rights), then picked, named and released by hand by one person. It is AI-assisted music, not a band.
YouTube claims
Our songs are not registered with YouTube Content ID, so we never claim a creator's video. We cannot promise that no claim will ever appear. Someone else re-uploading our audio, a wrong match, or a YouTube-made "Topic" video can still cause one.
If a claim shows up on a video that uses our music, send the video link through the claim form. We look at who is claiming and help you answer it. If your use is covered by the free terms, we also give you a short written note that you have permission to use the song. We cannot promise how fast it goes or that it will work.
What you may not do
Do not re-upload the tracks as your own music, and do not sell them as music, on their own or in a pack.
Do not register the tracks, or videos that use them, with YouTube Content ID, Meta Rights Manager or any similar service, and do not use them to train or test AI models.
No promises beyond the law
The site and the music are provided as they are. We are not liable for losses beyond what the law allows. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law.
