Got a claim on our music?

If you used a Neural Rhythms track with the credit line and YouTube shows a copyright claim, tell us here. We release the claim and allowlist your channel, usually within a few days.

What happens next

• We check the video credits the music.
• We release the claim in YouTube's system and add your channel to our allowlist, so future videos aren't claimed.
• You get an email when it's done. Monetization on the video comes back once the claim is released.

Why claims happen at all

The tracks are registered with Content ID so nobody can re-upload them as their own music. The system cannot tell a re-upload from a creator using a track with credit, so sometimes it claims both. The free music terms explain what is allowed.
